In Greg Rays working life, he has had only two careers. One in the fruit industry and one in the Real Estate industry.

By 1967 Greg had graduated from Ipswich Boys grammar schools and had entered into his families business.

From three fruit shops and a staff of forty he continued the family business of sixty years until 1983 when he sold out and took a position of distribution manager of a multi-million dollar fruit distribution with sunshine produce out of the Rocklea fruit markets.

Concluding his career in fruit at the age of thirty six after a year as Victoria manager of Sunshine produce in Footscray markets in Melbourne.

A chance he took and a chance that has had some very special rewards.

In 1988 Greg had become a licensed Auctioneer and 1990 a licensed agent.

His career so far has included top (5) sales people for Queensland, 5 times bulldog award, and for the past six years Auctioneer and Sales person for the First National Real Estate group.

Interestingly, Greg has never left the Mermaid Beach to Robina area.

Greg’s career has only continued because of those special attributes that maintain success. Total honesty, integrity, wisdom and a work ethic second to none.
